Copperfish Spiced Rum is rum done properly. Every drop is made from scratch in Looe — fermenting sugar cane molasses, distilling in our bespoke copper pot still, and ageing patiently in oak casks before layering in a delicate blend of spices.

The result is a rum that’s warming yet balanced. Spice brings depth without overpowering, letting the smooth base spirit shine through. Gentle oak, soft vanilla and a subtle sweetness carry through to a rounded, warming finish.

True to our craft, this is not a spirit flavoured after the fact — it’s rum carefully built, step by step, here on the Cornish coast.
