✅ Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Copperfish Distillery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items for a refund or exchange under the terms below.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.
Items must then be returned promptly in their original condition.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Products must be in a resaleable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept returns of perishable or personalised goods unless faulty.

How to Return

Email us at hello@copperfishdistillery.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be liable for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the packaging and item(s).
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
