Delivery Overview
All orders are dispatched directly from our distillery on Looe Harbour, Cornwall.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 services to ensure your spirits arrive safely, securely, and on time.
Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges are applied automatically at checkout based on total parcel weight.
We charge carriage at cost to protect our small-batch pricing.
Dispatch Times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
During peak periods or limited-edition releases, please allow a little extra time — we ship as quickly as our small team can safely pack.
Packaging & Tracking
Each bottle is individually wrapped and boxed using recyclable protective materials.
You’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email once your parcel has been scanned at dispatch.
Age Verification – 18 + Only
We are legally required to sell alcohol only to customers aged 18 or over.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Royal Mail may operate an Age Verified delivery service and ID may be requested on delivery.
Returns & Damages
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at
