Copperfish Looe Sloe Gin is based on our award-winning Original Dry, elevated with the addition of fresh, hand-picked sloes. Distilled and bottled by our master distiller Rob in our 500L copper still, it’s a small-batch craft gin that celebrates Cornwall’s countryside as much as its coast.

Unlike many sloe gin products, we craft ours at a full 40% ABV — making it a true gin, not a sweetened liqueur. The result is a beautiful ruby red spirit that delivers a rich sloe berry character, balanced by juniper, citrus peel, cinnamon bark and spice, before finishing crisp and dry.

Every bottle captures the patience of wild foraging, the craft of distilling, and the character of Cornwall in autumn.

Serving Suggestion

Enjoy neat over ice for a smooth, warming serve, or top with Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic for a refreshing twist. Also perfect in a Sloe Royale — topped with chilled Champagne.
