So what is Kerbon®? If you love Bourbon, you’ll love Kerbon®. Crafted in Looe by our master distiller Rob, Kerbon® is made from a mash of Cornish corn, barley, and wheat. After cooking, the mash is skilfully fermented before being distilled in our bespoke copper pot still. Rob then selects the hearts — the purest and most flavourful cut — ensuring the highest quality spirit.

The fine liquor is then rested in carefully chosen oak casks, where it develops its deep colour and smooth, rounded flavour. Nearly four years in the making, Kerbon® is a labour of love — a true Cornish cask-aged grain spirit with its own distinctive character.

Rich, versatile, and smooth, it drinks like a Bourbon but with a Cornish twist.
