Copperfish Gold Rum is our proudest release to date — a true Cornish rum made entirely from scratch. From fermenting sugar cane molasses, to distilling in our bespoke pot still, to ageing patiently in oak casks, every step happens here on the harbour in Looe.

The result? A golden rum with warmth and character. Smooth oak and mellow vanilla come through on the palate, with a gentle sweetness balanced by a clean finish. The spirit’s rich gold colour comes naturally from time spent in cask, where it develops its depth and complexity.

This is not just rum bottled in Cornwall — it’s rum made in Cornwall. And like all the best things, it rewards patience.
